Do you know HQ aka Torqiet from Singapore? A while back he was selling some cues real cheap, you should contact him cos it makes more sense buying local since the freight would kill most of your budget.

If you're in no hurry I'll be back in Singapore around June and I could sell you an old Lucasi for cheap.
