For all of you in New England that knew Laddie, there will be a memorial tournament held in his honor on August 4th @ Busters Billiards in Somersworth,NH.
All proceeds will go to his family. Laddie was a fixture in the New England pool scene for decades. I'm sure there are many of you that knew him, played him and respected him as a true "gentleman" of the game. It would be a pleasure for us all to honor him with a HUGE turnout for this event.
More information as well as a printable flyer can be found on www.newengland9ballseries.com website. Please do what you can to promote the event, as Laddie did all he could to promote the game for so many years.

Sunday Morning Bump......

Sad to see SO FEW people show up for this Memorial Event...??

I agree and could not attend. I think this should be a annual planned tournament and I think it would get the turnout deserving of a memorial tournament for a man of his stature. Really nice gesture, but needed more notice and publicity.
