I know this is older, but Superior shafts that have the superior stamp on them, they came out of Billiards N Bagels in Gresham/Portland area.
Jim Oswald would send the blanks to various cue makers and Jim had a metal stamp to stamp the shafts when they came back. I have no idea what other makers were charging, Jim wasn’t the only one who bought blanks, but my friend bought a new superior shaft from Jim 18 years ago and it was $150/175 with a nickel ring that Runde made for Jim.
