Just heard from a friend who lives out there that the LVCC may be for sale. Anyone else hear this? Could just be scuttlebutt.

This is a very good business, when it can be re-opened safely. Whether or not it is open now is the question. I think not. The biggest question for anyone considering buying this room is what kind of lease they have and how long does it have to run and can it be transferred and/or extended. There are several other things that are important to look for in a lease (like who maintains the AC equipment on the building. That's a big one in Vegas!). Can all the licenses be transferred or does the new operator have to reapply for them?

These are just a few of the things you would need to do in your due diligence. I do know the family that operates this business and I'm sure they would tell you all you need to know. The price is not bad considering the location and all the parking that is there. THey may have a liquor license as well (at least beer and wine). That's a big thing and those 15 gaming machines make it a winner!

Its is open and the gaming and beer/wine licenses would require new owner approval.
