Last thing i will ever say about this matter

The last thing me or John need is some sort of forum confirtation. If John had half the competitive mentality that I have, he could easily be the best player in the world.

I have defended myself in the past about my behavior that was translated into being poor sportsmanship, but as i have stated before, tv shows you any way they want. Whenever someone is amongst 8 boring personalities, they are going to make a villan out of a person showing emotion and flare. Um, to those who think it was unsportsmanlike for being emotional in a life changing situation.... well... im not sorry......

As for Johns bitter "luck vs skill" comment, well, yea, poker does have lots of luck, but its more timing than anything.

And yes, John you can come to Atlanta and give stevie the 8 and play for what you want. Stevie doesnt play pool anymore, if he played as much as you did, you would need the 8.

John you try to come off as a saint to these people. Dude, you dont know me. All you know is what you saw on tv, and you barely even understood what happened.

Sorry this has to be so public and I will never speak about this matter again. Ive heard you are a good guy, but thru my eyes all I see is a bitter pool player that needs to wake up and smell the coffee. What good is it going to do you to run me out of the pool world? I damn sure cant beat no one and I love gambling.

Lets let bygons be bygons adn GAMBLE for gods sake

your right

ill play stevie 8ball 9ball onehole 14.1 rotation banks 10balland i wont even ask for a spot, and you can play me golf for a decent amount, and as far as me being bitter im not hell im thrilled that something like poker that any moron could be good at pays well that means something as hard as pool might even catch on .now im not calling you a moron im just saying any moron could play poker well. also if i had your mental competitiveness i would not make it in pool i would have to take up something for the non talented such as poker

Schmidt

Check your Private Messages, I am done doing this public. Its time to put up or shut up

sincerely,

Moron (JA)

This is funny

John, since you never respond to my reply PM's, I will put it on here. You called me out saying just to give you the 12 strokes over 72 in our golf match and then I could beat you up if I wanted to, lol. I responded by saying that I never said I wanted to beat you up, but that it wouldn't have flown by so easy if I were Josh at the derby. I also stated that I would gladly give you that 12 stroke spot, but it is not feasible for me to play at just any time since I make 6 figures working 55 hours a week for my dad. We can set it up for this summer and you can have ample time to gather a huge crowd to witness the match.

Schmidt vs. Moore

I've played both of these men (unfortunately for me). Stevie is an excellent player and a real nice guy, but in my opinion he'd have no chance with Schmidt playing even.

Josh - Are There Any Other Poker-Tour Pool Players?

I was just wondering if you knew of any other Touring Pro Poker Players who shoot good pool like yourself?

If there are quite a few - This could be pretty entertaining to see for the general TV viewers.

OHB,

Billiards Digest had an article this past issue about a kid named Nick Schulman who won 2.1mil (?), he came outta pool.

Stevie's elbow

I like Stevie, and I hope this doesn't cause him a problem, but I wanted to see if anyone else had noticed something. When he was in Columbia at a $1,000 added tournament about a month ago, when he shot his elbow was shaky, like Coltrain's. I don't think this was because he had a hangover or anything like that, it looked like what Coltrain had. Has anyone else noticed this? Can we talk about this on this forum?

I am sick up to here <pointing at my teeth> with this pissing contest and am ready for you guys to settle this like men. I suggest the following pentathalon of MANLY sports to settle the whole matter:

1. Golf
2. Billiards
3. Poker
4. Penis Dangling for Distance
5. Dodgeball (played in a small room with billiard balls)

Hopefully that will resolve this MANLY dispute for your egos and give the rest of us all a much needed break from the yapping!

I would go 4 and 1 against John Schmidt using this format unless the dodgeball or possibly penis dangling came before billiards, in which case 5 and 0 because he would get knocked out by either a billiard ball or monster penis.

Hahahahaha! I am going to get thrown out of my office for laughing so hard! That was good! I am still laughing! 5 and 0! Hahaha! You might have to give-up some weight to make it a fair competition....

For some reason, with the dodgeball, I keep visualizing two guys simultaneously striking eachother in the noggin with well-aimed throws... resulting in two loud sounds sounding like coconuts smashing together....

I dont know Doc

I am not sure when you played Stevie but if he is back playing it would be a good matchup.
This should be setup with an internet broadcast like OHB was talking about at one time. I would pay for a good quality smooth broadcast of the two
playing.

Personally I think they should each drink a six pack and bet on who can piss the farthest into the wind!:D
Great one BillYards!

heres what i think

this goes to josh ,babys arm, and a few of the georgia guys that ive had words with. i want to start off by saying i think we all have a lot in comman with golf ,poker, pool etc etc and i think we could all get along and maybe even be friends ,since i see you guys at tourneys i dont want hard feelings and deep down i wish you guys and myself the best in life. i like people and i know you guys are good people ,sometimes i think i take my frustrations out on people because pool does not pay what it should, hopefully things change. at any rate i feel better saying all this and i hope you guys know i mean it . i make mistakes as much as anyone and i hope that we can all start over and just be friends thats alot more fun bye for now john schmidt
