Lathe for personal repairs

Looking for a lathe to do tips and other repairs on my own cues any help on finding a nice lathe thats not to expensive would be greatly appreciated.

Which one is the best for the money and has good customer support.

I have machines form both and they both have great customer sercice...
I have bought products from both companies however I like the CueSmith Machines a little better. This is personal preference only. Both are good quality machines.

You got advice above from knowledgeable people. Don't mean to be a smart-ass... just to nudge you and suggest that they gave excellent advice.

Personal Lathe

I'm not knocking any of them, however, from personal experience I can tell you that Chris Hightower is aces in my book. One of the nicest, most helpful individuals I have run across. And, his products are top notch.
