I haven't looked but I suspect it is a segment from a Disney video called, "Donald in mathmagic land". It seems to be a collectable to some pool collectors. I bought a copy at a yard sale for a quarter and put it on ebay. It sold for $60.00

I remember this

Saw this about 23 years ago, when we first got the Disney channel. I used to alway ask my friends if they ever saw the cartoon where Donald Duck was trying to learn the diamond system. Good find. Rep points from me.;)

You are exactly right, I have been trying to think of his name since this thread started. I think he hung around Hollywood at one time.
 
Mueller's used to sell that video tape, but I don't know how long ago they stopped as it's not in their online catalog. I have a copy that I purchased from them years ago. When I was in elementary school back in the mid 70's, our math teachers used to show us this video every year. When I got to high school, our class talked one of our math teachers into showing it to us as we all remembered it from elementary school. I'll have to dig the tape out and watch it again.
 
HAHAHA. I love this video. I first saw this one in high school physics. Loved it then...love it now.
