I had a customer request to remove leather wrap and replace it with the Irish linen. However, the Irish linen does not match the rest of the Cue the l groove is too low. How do I “fill in the groove? “

Depends on how thick the leather was, or how deep the channel is now. Most linen is about .025" thick, compared to leather that can be .030" and thicker. I have used 5 minute epoxy to coat the whole channel and then re-cut the channel to the proper depth, and have had to use wood veneer applied like a leather wrap, then sand to the proper depth....it really depends.

Unfortunately, I am using a Unique Products, Cue companion Lathe and have no way to cut the channel
