ok, who won folks?
Fisher won over Dokovic 7-1, and then Allison squeaked by Karen again 7-6. should be some pretty good TV matches for the most part. my money is on the Fisher Queen though.

hope someone posts when the final ball drops!

WPBA site just posted the final results. Shows Fisher won, followed by Lee, then Corr. Does that mean Fisher beat Lee twice consecutively?

Nope, the TV rounds are single elim races to 7.

It has long been a topic of discussion that the player coming from the one loss side has a slight advantage because they have already played on the table under the TV lights while the player in the hot-seat has not had the chance to get used to the table.

Its not fair...Jeanette beat Allison previously in the tournament, so you can't say it's taken for granted that Allison would win..

They should have played twice...

Hi,

It doesn't make any difference. Lee had the hot seat and flopped again. Allison defeated Romana Karen and Jeanette because she is the better player right now. Jeanette isn't that great a player that the table would be an excuse. Race to 7 with a shot clock is no test at all. Times will be changing. I can't wait!

Cheers,

Gremlin :)

Say what Green Guy? If Jeanette was a poor player, she might use the lack of table time as an excuse. Race to seven with a shot clock is no test. I agree. In the Joss and most other tournies, Jeanette would have, at least, earned a second chance. When Jeanette beat Allison earlier at San Diego, was that luck? Or Karen? Or Sarah? I never wish people bad luck. You however, appear to want Jeanette to fail. Please explain why.
