Leon doesn't have a webpage as far as I know. He does post a number of his cues on here though, if you want to check out some of his work.
 
yeah i wanted to check out some of his cues, Friend of mine picked up one if his cues from azb. Got to shoot with it a little bit last night, its sweet and i'm jelous. anyone know his username?

I've only shot a little with the one king has. I was impressed enough that I'm having him make an extra shaft for my bluegrass. Kings looked nice and played better than it looked. PM him , I'm sure he'll get back with you pretty quick.
