Less expensive Joss cues and quality?

Since my 2 year old Cuetec Avid has a crack, and it seems fairly common, it has left a bad taste in my mouth for ever buying a Cuetec again.

what part of the cue cracked, ive used a truewood and a svb ghost for 2 years now
lots of daily use 7 days a week, no issues with quality other than my own play
