Hello cueshot, when I was a young whipersnapper Jerry came through my hometown while touring around the Country I was maybe twelve or thirteen yrs. old. I was only allowed to take half of the lessons due to school but the owner of the pool room insisted that my Dad pay full price, After that I did receive instruction from many other players including one of my best friends growing up named Hal. Someone else who helped me along my way was Jim McDermott from Tulsa (certified master insructor), later I moved to Madison, Wisconson and learned more about how to give lessons. While I residing in Madison I asked Jerry to help me work out the kinks in my own game, and since I was the bartender/house pro at his pool room he donated some knowledge for free. Jerry is very passionate about his teaching and is one of the true gentlemen of the game, if you go to the Pool School you will not be dissapointed. (and that's the rest of the story)
