ok so in reference to the thread below, i just finished a sneaky for a customer and when i finished it the wood is great. its holographical . so anyways i was telling my customer i want to single handidly rename the sneaky pete. for one, i dont know who pete is and two hes probably dead anyways!

so heres my thought, these cues are a house cue, turned and polished up, like a POLISHED TURD !! but thats not what i want to name them.

I think we should call them "THE POLITICIANS". they aint nothin but a regular joe polished up to look pretty in front of all of us. so let me know what you all think and put some more ideas out there!!

SECRET AGENT....must be stealth

NO rings, collars, butt cap, gloss finish, etc.

Jeff, I think they should be called Pimp Sticks.:D You can play pool with them and if someone gets out line you can wack them with it!!!!!!;)

Who's name?

I believe that back about '97, McDermott trademarked the name, "Sneaky Pete" for one of their cue designs.

A buddy told me that Meucci had the coptright on "sneaky pete", but I've never seen it verified anywhere else. Anybody know?

McDermott calls their sneaky pete "The Hustler"

How about

'The Jack Stick' as in:

Hit the Road, Jack, and don't come back no more, no more, no more ...

or When you Jack someone up with it (as in Hustle them).
