Leveling a pool table

I have a 8 footer and had it re-felted around Christmas. Ever since then I have noticed a slight roll that was not there before the installers re-felted. The table is on carpet and already has some shims under the legs.

How do you level out a pool table correctly? I put the level down in different spots of the table and the level shows level, but the balls are not rolling correctly?

Any advice is helpful!
