Cue components sell something of the sort, I bought a few sets from them a few years ago and finally used some this week. Not really impressed, it chips as the router cuts so there are divits that the base coat of epoxy have to fill, and also had some 'dirt' like blems in it as it got to final size.
Overrall, not bad, just not great. It is very white otherwise.

I'm pretty sure I have some of this, and have used it for both joint collars and butt caps.

Is Juma not white enough? Otherwise, there's Aegis II and 2 varieties of Ivorine available at Atlas.

The last Aegis 2 that I got from Atlas was so horrible that it was useless for cue making. I had to completely rebuild two cues that I used it in for joints, butt caps and deco-rings as the material was so porous from lack of resin.
