"Library" For Game Room?

I'm currently building my collection of pool books and would like to keep them easily accessible from my table, ideally have them displayed.

Other than just a generic bookcase, anyone have cool ideas on how to do this?

depending how many they are you could put them up on holders on the wall
something like the holders for shelves
only broader and of course closer together to do each book individually
i hope you understand my idea

A "book display shelf" sounds like what you are looking for. They are made for kids and adults, in varying levels of fashion and price

How many feet of shelf space do you need? If it's only six or so, a wall-mount set of shelves at shoulder height might be good to display the books where people can see them. They seem to be called "floating shelves."

Depending on the rest of your furniture, you might try to find an antique Brunswick billiard storage cabinet that could be repurposed to include books.

I have lots of duplicate books if you are looking for more.

Thanks for the flippant comment, super helpful!

As I'm not very creative, I was just hoping to see if someone had done something different than just a bookshelf. Hadn't considered those magazine racks that BBB posted - might do something like that, so happy I asked.

One of the private places I sometimes play, we call ‘The Library’. It’s not pool books though. It’s a leave one take one for the community but it was a good space for us to put a table that we could all use, and sounds better to say we spent the night at the library. (not wasting time playing pool)
