Same post. I am posting this again so you or somebody that knows you will relay the message. If you want action, come down to Hollywood Billiards. I will play you 9 ball, 1 pocket, 8 ball. Like I said, I play once a week now if that. Let me know you want to play and give me a week to hit balls and you have a $ 3000 set for sure. Like Uwate said, he says he doesn't think I can beat you so you are stealing.

Bump for this and to see if we can stir up some action. For what its worth Melrose is being generous if he says he plays once a week. Its more like 1x a month but I guess if he said that no one would believe him.
 
Like you said uwate, if I said I played once of month (which is the truth)he wouldn't believe me. I am sure he will check it out though. Don't let this thread slip too far down until I get an answer. Sooner or later Lil John or somebaody he knows will see it. I have been reading this board for a few years but I just registered to post after i saw this thread. Lil John, I will also make you this offer. Winner cannot quit only the loser. I have had no desire to play for the last couple of years. When you came through here a few years ago we were on the way to hattiesburg to look for you. I called home to tell my wife we were going to see if you want to play and she told me you were at Hollywood Billiards. We could not believe it. I know you are good action that is why I am seeing if you want to play. Let me know as soon as you see this.

I was there

Well just to clear the hole story up i was there and the reason jon lost to the ghost is that was a real real tight pro cut diamond. Plus jon was staking me to play a real high dollar set and he was sweating me more.He also could not shoot combos into the nine after the break if he did the 9ball would spot back up.Im sure if anyone wants to go to hattiesburg and stake the 10 ball ghost (not nine ball) they could bet alot of money.

Will somebody who knows Lil John let him know that he has action at Hollywood Billiards in Hollywood Florida. This is my 3rd time posting this but I would like to know if he wants to play. As I have already said, I will play him 9 ball, 8 ball, or one pocket I just want a week to hit balls once i know he is coming. Hoping for a response.

Rob, I don't know whether Lil John would travel to Hyd, FL for a shot at only 3 dimes, but you can probably reach him by calling The Green Room in Hattiesburg, Miss. The phone number I have is 601/584-8722.

Doc I think there might be more than 1 barrel available for lil John if he came down. Lots of the folks down here with the dough like Melrose's game alot. Hollywood Billiards also is blessed with some good stakehorses right now and road agents always seem to get played there for 4 figure action.
