Well I've just installed twin Vtec on my stick. I clocked my break at 82 mph earlier today. Next week I'm getting NAWZZ.

so you put two stickers on there? can I ask thier location? I'm assuming location of the stickers is everything. I wouldn't want to missplace my APC stickers!

we know you are not a pro or you would not have forgotten about cuetecs and pros also know its not how many balls you run but how many games you win i mean i'm not even a pro but sometimes i win 175 games before lunch i wish i had a cuetec i'd win more games but right now i have to settle on just a cuetec sticker on my varney cue while i save the $149 for a real honest to goodness professional cuetec then i may skip lunch because i know the cuetec will make me play pro speed and everyone would rather see me win games instead of each lunch thanks:)

Kevin my friend, don't be so hard on Cuetech cues. They hold up much better in Iraq than anything we could ever make. I know, I sent five of them over there for the troops. And to tell you the truth, it cost a hell of a lot less than five great playing Varneys would.;) Ya see, there are two good things I can say about Cuetech cues. I guarentee you that I could say a whole lot more good things about a Varney though.
Peace My Friend, Purdman:cool:

hey sharky got banned after he made his last post :)

thanks

It would appear so. Hey Mr. Wilson, how did he get banned after 5 inoffensive posts? Was he shorty or fast larry again? Or was he abusing PM's/rep? Just curious.

I have just had Chrome universal radial cam bearings installed on one of my Cutec cues, and man I gotta say the kiniff pin now really matches the copostetic of the muffled joint

He started an offensive/derogatory thread yesterday that was swiftly deleted. The posts he made there aren't showing up in his post history. Good work, mods! :)

All I know is I've seen the Limbsaver ads, and they really need to get themselves some stand in models in place, if you know what I mean.

Was the post directed at anyone or ?

To the OP Back on topic. i don't play with a cuetec cue but i did beat a guy in league this week that had a cuetec cue without a Limbsaver I do use a Limbsaver on my cue that is not a cuetec cue because in all honestly i play in sandles a lot and it really saves your toes. :D Yes it's a real Limbsaver.:D Buy one It might help with the vibration of a cuetec cue or at least you will be able to bounce it around so that every one will see what you are playing with that's right a cuetec cue.;) :D

It was about the personal lives of a specific subset of professional players, that wasn't appropriate for a public discussion, especially as worded. Sorry to be so vague. LOL.

Yeah there ads were pretty sad and their reps were all older and their pics made them look even older and then there was always a guy in there in his 80's (the inventor?). With the name Limbsaver, Im sure many just dismissed the ads immediately. Extreeeeeeeeeeeeeeemely poor
marketing-amongst the worst i have ever seen.

I think they may be O/B now as there have been quite a few free limbsavers available at events lately. I got one but have yet to install one. I know Rachel Abbink likes them and uses them.

I remember seeing one of their ads with Grady, and thinking that they had to have chosen the absolute worst picture of him that they could have found. It looked like a pre-schooler had put the ad together, pretty funny stuff.

and somewhere you know there had to be someone saying..."yeah perfect, it looks great-put father time in the middle there-that's it- perfect!!- ..wow this is great-these babies are gonna fly off the shelves now!!"

Grady handed out a ton of the Limbsavers at DCC. I picked one up and installed it. In all honesty, I really don't notice any difference.

However, this may be due to the fact that I am not knowledgeable enough or advanced enough in skill level to ascertain the differences in hit or after effects.

That and I don't know what constitutes as a good sounding hit.

(To support that last statement, several people who have shot with my cue have noticed a "clink/dink" sound when the stick strikes the CB. I've never even noticed it, or if I had thought it was a natural-sounding hit.)

Speaking of Grady, he will be appearing in the Seattle area some time in April. See more at http://www.onthebreaknews.com/Page17.htm
