I have been really trying to buckle down on practice drills lately Only problem is motivation and time. But to my point does anyone else use those circle reinforcment gummy circles, they are like the ones that Robert Byrnes made popular in his videos. I just bought a pack and I got to say for progressive drills they really help a lot. But I am curious if anyone notices that they have an effedt on the english you apply on the CB. I was doing a draw drill, and was really stroking theCB but was not getting the draw I was expecting. JUst curious, other then that they work great for always getting the balls into the same spots.

Oh yeah, those things are great. I use one for my foot spot too. They work great and never move. I haven't noticed any probs with them interfering with the balls though.

I started using them a few months back. I do not notice any interference to the balls and their reactions.

One thing I did notice is the inner hole is not always concentric with the outer circle. So when setting up a shot, I try to use the inner hole as my reference. This will only matter on a really precise shot, like trying to shoot along a straight line diagonally connecting the corners while drawing the cue ball back into the corner.
