Well everbody; I've got a few more just beautiful little shots I've been playing for years, even before the heated tables. The first one is a trickey shot from corner to corner on the diagonal, there is a kiss in the shot, but by hitting the first ball thin, and making the cue ball draw on the bed cloth, not off the ball, you can create a nice curve back to the opposite corner, with position, when you learn to hit softly.
The next shot also requires a delicate balkline touch, a soft extreme draw short angle, again making the cue ball draw on the bed cloth. Use a very low bridge,(nip bridge), to get the desired effect, this is another shot when practiced will reveal a good position, (a natural along the long cushion), remember to use a little 7 o'clock english.
My next Gem, Reverse High Ball Ticki, is a shot I hardley see anyone play, and it's really not that difficult, once you actually know the shot. We play SHORT rail first, then the ball , then LONG rail, SHORT rail, and third ball, it's a beautiful shot when executed correctly.You apply HIGH REVERSE english, (extereme 2 o'clock) in this case, the position looks very bad for you, but, with this little gem, it's fairly easy.
My last offering is strictly for fun, (a very, very difficult Force follow Jump Shot). This shot is a standard in my Exibition's, I don't attempt this shot till after I'm warmed up little bit. The cue ball is frozen to the long rail 2.5 diamonds from the end rail, the first ball is frozen 1.5 diamonds from end rail, and the third ball is at the opposite side at 1 diamond just off the end rail. The secret to this shot, is to elevate the cue to make the cue ball JUMP to the first cushion to get the desired curve on the cue ball, to go around the third ball, (very dificult) for 3 cushions.
I hope everyone has been pleased with the idea's and concept's I've tried to present to you all. The billiard knowledge that I am now sharing has come at a very high price to Me, not so much money's, but personal, I've always strived for perfection, (one of My down falls), in 3 Cushion, always learnig, never satisfied with just, OK.
