I can't wait to watch these two women when they come to the US in a few months to play in open events. They have been training at Star Billiard Center in Manila for about a month now. When they first came to Star they both could pocket balls just about as good as anyone but their 10-ball breaks, kicking, and safety play needed a lot of work. I have been following thier progress all month and let me tell you, they have improved a ton. They are giving the 2nd tier players all they can stand and holding their own with the 1st tier players. I just can't wait for them to get here. Johnnyt

I've been watching them too, and they don't make many mistakes. Just solid and consistent. That's great to have the opportunity to play at Star Billiards and hone their games. It's a wonderful venue. Maybe I'll take a month off and try something like that!

"Star Billiard Center in Manila" whats this place all about? just curious :)
 
I recommend you watch the game of Chen Si-ming. She is much stabler. The style is like Allison Fisher.

So has Star Billiards replaced Oneside as the primo pool room for action if my assumption is even correct?

I don't have that imfo, but I would imagine it will be the bigger open events that draw the top players. But then again they might start off with baby steps on some of the regional open tours. Lol, did I say I didn't know?:) Johnnyt
