LIVE Scoreboard at World 8ball Pool in Dubai

It is really a shame to have to watch the red dots blinking for this long with no score change.

Man, Italian Bruno is up 4 to 2 on Shane. I guess Bruno has Fabio, et al., in the audience pulling him in, rooting for him.

Shane is by himself, with no American players on his side. Corey left for the States to be in the UPA tournament, according to the Runout Radio report.

Yeah that must be it, nothing to do with that fact that Bruno can play a little.

Geez talk about cheating!

If you use a large enough font and say some bright red maybe he will hear you and overcome this clear disadvantage?

USA!

LOL :D

EDITED: I refuse to play games with a Brit who has no talent.

Who said anything about cheating? From the looks of it, one of those two are slow playing, and having seen SVB shoot in person, I can tell you it's not him. They've only finished 6 racks. The remaining matches, which started at the same time or later have at least 9 racks in the books.

Are you sure it was a pool room and not a karaoke bar?

I know Amang (Jose), Bebeng Bacolod (Gallego) and Dodong Dadiangas (Andam),
the one on the far right looks familiar, but I don't know the one in the middle though...

Is the guy on the far right, Ronnie Alcano's friend or stakehorse? He looks similar to the fellow that was with Ronnie, the night I played him one pocket.

It's people like you why Brits emigrate the country, poor fellows. Talk about Emperor's New Clothes, you're about as naked as a jailbird with no attributes worthy of mention.

At least Ronnie won the WPC playing a real manly game, not some bird-break crap.

Go, Shane, Go.

LOL, Ronnie Alcano lost his 1st two matches playing the hard break, he then swtched to a soft break and cleaned up. He showed how a soft break wins worl titles, Peach copied him! Did you not watch this?

I know for a fact your opinions make most educated Americans cringe, keep it up its funny.

Good luck Shane, I'd actually like to see him win it because he puts in the hard work and isn't full of excuses.

Really?

I know for a fact that the very sight of you at tournaments makes spectators laugh because they know what you're all about. People want to see REAL pool players when they go to so-called "world-class events," not British lobsters.

Good day to all!

Ralf Souquet-6, Niels Feijen-5

Bruno Muratore-5, Shane Van Boening-4

Ronnie Alcano-9, Daryl Peach-5

Warren Kiamco-7, Radoslaw Babica-5

Chris Melling-7, Marcus Westen-7

Dennis Orcullo-8, Hung Hsiang Wang-5

Nice to see WPC champion Ronnie Alcano, a champion of MANY, MANY, MANY, MANY pool tournaments, on the hill.

One thing for sure, Ronnie Alcano, the WPC champion, is the real deal and will win MANY more tournaments in the future. No question about it.

Anyway, Ronnie won, 10-5...

Go, Filipinos, Go! Talent always wins out over luck.

Hip, hip, hooray!

They are both FULL of talent. I think they have proved that in the past. I don't care what country they are from but I do root for Shane a little more than the others.

Now we must pull Shane in against that slow-playing Italian turtle.

Go, Shane, Go!
