So, it's Friday night and I'm trying to decide on a place to go shoot. I usually have my stepdaughter in tow so it's not really my decision, but tonight I'm on my own and I'm looking for a good fun couple of people to shoot with. It occurred to me that there are a lot of people on here in my area, or close to it, and I wondered if anyone has ever tried to organize some sort of AZer meetup?
I think it could be really cool to help local groups connect (if they don't already) - not to mention help out the local venues. Maybe have a new section of the boards for meetup discussions?
Am I just missing something here? I do know about the AZ Kings board, but I'm not really looking to dethrone anyone, just find some other local players for some variety. I play the same 4 people usually, during the day/week and that's fun and all, but they aren't available on the weekends/evenings.
