Howdy Bob, I'll start by saying I'm not arguing with you, and thank you for your posts and videos. You are a wealth of knowledge, but I must not be understanding the stalemate part. I would think that if Luong had hit the OB and left it safe on the 3rd attempt and Foldes fouled, Luong would be the winner because they both had 2 fouls each.

I was referring to when you said "and they said that rule was banned ..." which I took to mean they had banned the 3-foul-for-loss-of-game rule.
