No. When you order the blank, its something like 30" or 30.25". Its been a while since I ordered one, but for sure its not near 31". Your cuemaker can probably add the width of the joint ring to the length of the shaft, if you ask him to, gaining you about another .5 inches.
The other approach is to have a long butt made, or have a long butt, and a long shaft.

The Predator Gen2 partials/blanks are 29-5/8" long with very few exceptions.
Predator can make a 30" shaft from these by use of a 1/2" phenolic plug/extension that is installed in the jnt. end during construction.
I posted this info in a thread about 6-8 mos. ago and was promptly told by one poster that he had just measured his shaft and it was 30".
I'm sure it is but the first 1/2" of the jnt-end of the shaft is phenolic, not wood. His 30" shaft was made from a 29-5/8 partial/blank.
The Gen1 partials were a different story. They routinely ran over 30" in length.
I was doing a little house-cleaning in my shop recently and came across one that I had stashed away that is over 31-1/4" long. It's the longest Gen1 partial that I've ever seen and I've had literally 1,000s of partials in my possession. I've been building custom-fit/match Predator shafts for over 10 yrs now.
I will make this partial available to you for the right price but it won't be cheap. This partial is definitely one of a kind and certainly one of the last in existence. I stashed it away for a reason. Please PM if interested.
