Lee common buddy lets see the goods :) The inlay accuracy looks as if its going to be great

I'm sure that photo was a joke, but I can tell you from experience that proxxon tool you have in the photo is as good as it gets. If you try and use a .125" end mill to cut a .125" hole with a Dremel Tool, you are lucky if you are under .200". With the proxxon, you will get a .125" - .`126" hole.

And I'm sure nobody is going to be disappointed when they see this.

Keep in mind, if Lee is willing to unload his $12K+ align right machine, he must have a lot of confidence in his product.

With the Kress router on that machine, you can't lose. The "Breeze" can do precision inlays, but I'm sure I will upgrade in the near future to incorporate a Kress Router with it.

I got a call from another cue maker yesterday to see if it can cut silver. I hadn't cut any yet, so I cut a diamond out of some silver stock I had on hand and it worked perfectly. I went extremely slow. It took 7 minutes and 33 seconds to cut thei same diamond I would have cut in 2 minutes in Ivory. I may have been being overly cautious, but I hate breaking bits.

Thats too funny Lee, I have seen the machine and I know what it can do. The only thing I would be concerned with is can you keep any for your own shop. I am looking forward to the show.

Jim.
