Not sure what the true designation of the screw is but it is 3/8-10 with flat grooves seen in the picture==> http://ourauctionguy.com/pics/blevins2.JPG

I could use a set for butt and 2 shafts. Another Azer may want to join in the order for similar if they have to be custom made.

I do not want to use standard 3/8-10 even thought it would thread in. Those would mess up the shafts internal threads.

I also don't want to spend a lot. Just something that works.

sorry I can be of no help, but just had to ask, are you sure the internal shaft threads would get messed up? I'm thinking as long as the OD is the same, the ID shouldn't matter. Just curious.

Are you looking for jp's for the 3/8x10 Acme pin? If so, I have a 3 pc set of solid black delrin jp's from a Tim Scruggs Titlist conversion with that type pin. PM me if you're interested.

That looks like a standard 3/8 X 10 to me. Is there some reason you think it's an unusualy sized pin?

There are several AZB members / cuemakers around here who could fix you up. Or go to ebay and do a search for "cue, joint protectors 3/8 X 10". Look for Joe Picone who goes by "itsadeal", he makes nice black or white delrin caps for $11.

JP's

I would also recommend Jim Baxter here on AZ. He did a great job on my set and was very well priced. Quick service and good communication also.

It isn't like a McDermott but more like a Southwest

Pic maybe doesn't show it, but it looks exactly like a Southwest pin not a McDermott and it is 3/8-10 thread size not 3/8-11.
