I'm a little puzzled by your request. Do you mean a coach who guides a competitor during competition? Someone who gives encouragement in the heat of battle? I think that most coaches of all sorts spend their time teaching the student how to perform at the game prior to competition.
So, your request was unclear. Please be more specific.
