Do you know a maker that could do that for around 300$ ?
Let me get this thinking straight........
You want someone to invest thousands in equipment.
Possibly thousands in woods.
Spend hundreds of hours learning and educating themselves in the craft.
And work for $3 an hour so you can tell them how to build your cue to your exacting specifications.
AND you probably want them to include shipping it for free also. 🤔

I feel the line-up is barely filling. 😐

And put their name out there for making $300 cues.

I wouldn't make a cue for $300, but I've given several away. I'll work for actual nothing instead of working for an insulting amount.

Relax, my boy, I was just asking a question and no straightening of my thinking needed the same applies to your cues, I hope..?

Your point of investing in equipment is no a particularly strong one, as its a one time investment.

And I will pay for shipping...

P.s.It takes you 100 hours to build a plain jane..?

Not only do you need a large initial investment, you need to maintain your machinery. That costs money. Cue parts also cost money… so does wood, space to store wood, having shop space to work, etc. Or did you think all those things were free?

What an ignorant and frankly quite rude post. You clearly no nothing about the topic. Have you seen Mr. Barenbrugges work?

The investment is continuous. And no, he didn't say anything about it taking 100 hours to build a cue.

Dale Perry used to sell some cues in that price range on ebay. Probably a tough ask these days though. A lot of the top makers wont even build a shaft for $300.

Not claiming to be rain man but I inquired about a plain jane for 300$ cue and since he mentioned a 3$ hourly wage, one must assume it takes him 100 hours to build one..
