I am looking for a cue with a slimmer butt end. Anyone got anything between $1000 - $2000? Anything of quality. PM me or post it up here, thank you.

Let me ask you a DUMB Question if you got 1-2K to spend on a Cue why not contact a Custom builder and have em make a Cue to your Specifications. Small Hands? My Problem also. I have a Ted Harris Players Cue (no Points) that has a Fairly Small Butt. Also as I said why not contact a Custom builder and have em make a Cue to your Specifications.;)

Its not for me and the buyer can't wait months or years, he wants something now.

Just something a little less than normal. We have English pool players over here that are used to the very thin snooker type cues, they just can't get used to the thicker butts (normal sized to you and me).

I would suggest looking for a cue by Jim Buss. I've had a couple and they had the thinnest butts I've ever seen on a cue without being custom made...

Paul Dayton makes a skinnier cue...but I would just have a cuemaker make a slimmer cue.
 
Hey Si, has Barry run his Scruggs by you yet? That cue hits like a champ and was custom built with a slim butt. Barry doesn't post here much, but he's a stand up guy.

Also look into Mike Stacey's cues. I've come across a couple that hand nice thin butts, and a few of his cues have been posted up here in the past few weeks.
 
I think Tad's cues have some of the thinnest butt's around. But his shafts are like tree trunks.:)

Also, big thank you to Barryc for the Tim Scruggs. Barry is new here but as Salamander (Doug) says, he is a 100% stand up geezer.

One suggestion I could offer is to look at Titlist Conversions. I have a Scruggs Titlist and it has a skinny butt. I think alot of the titlist conversions are skinnier than regular cues because they get turned down in the conversion process.
 
I have several cues in stock in that price range. The thinner butt is sort of my trade mark. Cues are 59 inches long, .80 at joint and 1.18 at butt. PM me with your email and I will send you pictures tommorrow.
