Looking for a Ultimate Chalker

I'm trying to find a Ultimate Chalker magnetic chalk holder. I've check every web site I can find and so far I can't find the one I'm looking for. I'm looking for the one with the square magnet, not the small round magnet. Some web sites shows the one with the square magnet but they only have the one with the round magnet. The same thing for ebay. They show the square in the listing but they only have the round.

I thought maybe one of you might have the type that I'm looking and might like to sell it. Once again, I only want the one with the square magnet. I'll also need the chalk clip that goes with it.
