Hi guys,

I'm looking a Coker cue and my budget is below $400. Please PM me if you know of any affordable Coker cues.

Thanks
Joe

An affordable Coker cue, huh? Isn't it a misnomer calling a Coker a custom cue? Aren't they more like doo-doo on a stick?

Anyways, an affordable one should run you no higher than the cost of shipping.

shane,

please stop crapping on someones cue.
ive hit with alot of cokers.
some don't hit so hot, some i would make my playing cue.
i can say that about MOST makers. and MOST makers cost much more.
for the price, what else ya gonna get.
everyone has a price range. don't DIS them for it.

I do consider Coker a Custom Cue just as the Benders, Capones, Judd's, Daytons, Harris' I've had and sold, they are great playing cues and while everyone does have opinions it is too bad people trash others work!

All I wanna do is look for a cue..I did not call Coker a custom cue..and I certainly did not come here to get DISSED at..so thank you for posting but do not DIS coker cues anymore

Gasco....don't sweat it. Some people just have to put everything they don't care for down...often with no personal experience in the matter. Coker cues are fine cues for the money and you will be hard pressed to find nicer, easier people to work with than Tom and Michi Coker. Several folks have pointed you in the direction of some good Coker dealers, let them help you and enjoy the cue.

If you don't have any luck, contact them personally at cokercues@acninc.net or 916-383-4410.

Sorry. Just have my cues taken out. I just realize the coker has 6 points, 3 high and 3 low.

How About a Ted Harris?

Hello,

If you're looking for a no frills solid hitting cue and you don't mind if it has some war dings in the buttsleeve (none through the finish), I have a bacote Ted Harris cue w/1 shaft made in 2000 that is straight (both butt & shaft together & apart) 19 oz, well balanced and the tip is close to 13mm (may be a little under). It has a flat-faced joint w/3/8-10 pin that screws into wood and the joint is sleeved with similar hardwood in the cue. No points, all bacote. I don't use it any more and would sell it for $325 shipped.

Let me know if you're interested and I can send or post pictures of it when I return from work this evening. I think Ted sells these cues for $600-$650 new if you can get them.

right now theres a coker sneaky pete on ebay, that you could quite realistically snag for about $350. SP

And to the moron who posted that about cokers, ive played with one for quite sometime, and the play like a DREAM. that kid is obviously about 13 years old. Dont mind an opinion from such an immature user.

Other than the sneaky pete, you would have a difficult time finding even a used coker for $400, unless it was 4 pt, 1 shaft, with some kind of defect. All the cokers ive seen on ebay have been $600 at the lowest.

I bought one for $850. Tuxedo

Also sold one for $650. Coker
