Tucson, AZ has a custom cue maker. His name is Keith Nickerson. His web site is www.nickersoncues.com Give him a call. As for Phoenix area there are a few. You have Bryan Mordt of BCM cues. I believe Scott Whisler is in that neighborhood. As well as a couple of others. Bryan and Keith are both on the forums.
