Looking for custom cue maker for price budget

Hi I've posted this kind of same looking for a cue makers that work on cue that fit in my budget range of 350-450 dollars. here is the list of give ya an idea what I am wanting on my cue so here it is. Now I am debating who make good cue for a good price in my range. hope this whats I want on the list meet up with the price I wanting and hopefully you can do it. Just y'all know I don't know much about woods type. But I will says I am a pool player who like to have cue that doesn't deflect much. I am a medium speed hitter on cue. idk but hopefully that give ya an idea what wood may be needed for myself. Thanks for the help.

Birdeyes maple on forearm

4 ebony points on forearm

Ring before and after the linen wrap

sleeve got the ebony color

cap white

then bumper.
 
Or I would like a birdeye maple cue with 4 cocobolo points with ring before and and after the linen wrap with a sleeve cocobolo as well. and white cap and bumper. .......again I want something simple look cue.
 
IMO usually these types of posts go mostly unanswered here..... The common response is to find a cue maker close to your area try out some if their cues and see how you like the feel.... Then sit down and talk price.

Most cue makers won't "bid" on work to be done again just my opinion

I think a lot more cuemakers give quotes by PM than you might think.
If he had put his budget a couple hundred dollars higher he would get more offers to build the cue. Or if he dropped the points from the design he might find more that would meet the budget.
