Sorry for your trouble. I didn't know your situation, I assumed you were a new cue customer. Hopefully nothing's wrong with Eric and he'll fulfill his obligations ASAP.
I am being patient, but it's since March I think that I've got no reply from him... I believe that I have the rights to pretend a reply since the cue was ready to ship out the next day..
I may be mistaken, but Eric was laid up a few months ago after taking a pretty serious spider bite that... if I recall correctly, left him partially deaf (I think).
