Hi guys,

I'm arranging a team pool match for the beginning of next year but struggling a bit with the format.
The proposition is that 2 teams of 9 players play against each other over the course of 2 days. I really want to include full team matches, scotch doubles and singles, to make it similar to the Mosconi Cup.

We've got 6 tables at our disposal, but I'm not sure what the best way to work the format would be, i.e. table 1: doubles, table 2 : singles, table 3 : doubles and so on.

Any suggestions you guys have got would be great and I can start getting the match together :)

Right away if you play scotch doubles that = 4 players in play on one table, leaving 14 players.
Then you need to take into account referees for each table if you choose to ref each match? And so on...
Sounds like a lot of FUN :thumb up:
Hope it goes well for you.

To start, why not just do mosconi cup's format? You have more players so it would take much longer,
but you also have 6 tables rather than 1. Little races to five unless you feel everyone shoots so well
that's just not long enough.
