Looking for info on this Helmstetter

You may want to get some pictures of the forearm from not so zoomed in our out and also of the ring work, joint and butt.
 
Not positive, but it looks as though it was part of the '87 Series. Some were signed and some were not, don't know why. Probably sold for around $400 new.

The limited edition Helmstetters like that were nice, pretty exclusive, and fairly expensive when new ($800-1500 retail range, iirc). Unfortunately on the secondary market, that doesn't usually equate into a much higher price when sold. They may bring a few hundred more than the nicest regular production models, but I wouldn't expect a whole lot. Still perceived as a production cue. My $0.02.
