Looking for Information on Michigan Tournaments

Since I have never been to Michigan, I thought I would see if anyone out there can help me out a bit. I have recently communicated with a junior player (approx. 16 years of age) that is interested in playing events in the Gregory, Michigan area. Does anyone know of any regional or local events that would allow a young man of that age to participate?

Blackbird Billiards in Kalamazoo has a series of 3 tournaments scheduled for three weekends in a row next month...kind of a "mini" DCC, with banks, one-pocket, and 9-ball. Entry is, I believe $50, and includes a 'greens fee', for each event. There is added money in each tournament, and a calcutta will be held for each event too. Check their website for more info...
