Looking for McDermott D series aluminum weight bolt?

FOUND ONE.... Thanks all!

Looking to see if anyone has an aluminum McDermott D series weight bolt? I'm looking for a 1 oz or less.

I would trade two of the D series steel weight bolts or just buy it outright from you. I think I have some 1.5 oz and 1.9 oz bolts in steel.

I heard that Muellers has some reproduction ones.

They were off the market for a while and darned near impossible to find when you wanted one. But I hear there have been some made. I would check it out, it's worth an email or phone call.

I know one cue repair man that made one out of plastic. I think he basically machined down a plastic toilet seat bolt or something like that.

Unfortunately we do not have the 0.5oz aluminum bolts for the D models. It's been several years since we sold out. If you fins out. please let me know if Mueller carries them. I could send them future referrals.
I've had some local customers have a machine shop make them out of aluminum or nylon.

Nice to see McDermott on the site!

Just a thought but...If they do have them why not buy some and stock them? IMHO supporting the old cues, which are now famous, would be a great PR move.

McD already has their old cues on the web site while notoriously companies like Schmelke and Falcon took their old catalog archives off their web sites over a year ago. We don't see such things in a very kind light. I myself own five McDermotts last time I counted...so we are your loyal fans....try to keep it that way.

What about bumpers? Do you have the old bumpers?

Thanks for chiming in Jayme! I emailed Jaxrabbit (Danny) this morning too to see if he had any. Maybe some will turn up! All I can find at Muellers are steel.
