"PM" means Private Message. To use this feature, you simply click on the name of the person you wish to send the PM to. You are given 3 options, just select the one for sending a Private Message. The message will immediately be in the other persons Private Message area, and he will receive notice immediately if he is online. If he is offline, he will receive immediate notice when he next comes online. I hope that helps,
