I am looking for an Oak Titlist to convert over. Anyone have one they are looking to let go of? If so please email me price and spec's on butt dia., 29" dia. and weight. Thanks.

A Titlist in oak is a really nice looking cue, and one of the most rare base woods for these cues. I really wish people would only cut them up if they are damaged or severly warped. :( I enjoy displaying and preserving mine as a piece of our game's history, as well as playing a rack or two with it from time to time. The purple heart ones make great looking conversions, and are much more plentiful. Good luck in your quest . . . I think. ;)

Mr Hoppe,

If the cue was in good condition I would leave it as a one piece. The only 2 oak titlists that i have found were so warped that they wouldn't have been able to be converted without compromising the integrity of the cue. Thanks for the photo of the cue.
 
I've got one oak TITLIST Willie Hoppe but I was going to keep it original and one piece. It doesn't have a tip right now, but it's plenty straight and big enough to easily do a conversion. It sits in a wall rack with a bunch of others so it stays straight. I'd have to get a pretty healthy offer PM'd before it would leave my house.
