HI all,

I'm looking for a JOSS shaft for 3/8 - 10 pin, like the one in the attached photo, with a 12 to 12.5mm tip.

Thanks,
henrylr

looking for old Joss shaft

i have one w/ matching ringwork, nice old petina, ivory ferrule, no tip, 29 1/2" has a bobble. but Jacoby cues, or Pat Diviny Cues [my choice] has done a few for me, with amazing results. i'll take $200 for it. would be $250-$300 w/o bobble. overall a very nice old Joss shaft. regards, Don

Thanks for the reply. What is ferrule diameter and how bad is it warped? If it is connected to a straight butt, how does it roll and does the tip lift? Can you provide a few photos?

Thanks,
Henry

looking for old Joss shaft

send me a email, i'll have to take some photo's & email them. it measures 12.75-12.8 at base of ferrule. when i started searching i found 2 more w/ same joint rings. they are both 28 1/2", for a 57" cue. which most were back then. 1st one is pretty straight w/ age,
ivory ferrule 12.55mm at top, 12.75mm at base. replacing ferrule would give you a full 12.75mm, 3rd shaft has no ferrule, broke off dowell, looks like a dog chewed on it. butt has correct joint ring [ a throw in, if others are purchased] send a email to suremancues
