Some cushions are not worth replacing, but that all depends on what kind of table you're talking about as no one here knows for sure

Before you do anything, tighten the rail bolts to 15ft lbs, then check the rails for banking

So, how did that work out for you....you did tighten the rail bolts...right? They had to be loose as hell, which is why your rails were banking so long, all the rails were doing was moving to absorb the impact of the banking. Let me know if you need someone to come by and do that for you, I'll see what I can do.
