I’ve read a lot of reviews on the BK2 and a few on the BK3. Can anybody tell me if there are significant differences between them? Is the BK3 that much better then the BK2? Are the differences that noticeable to pay the extra money?

Also does anybody know how does the BK break cues compare to the poison j/b cue or a custom? I know if I go with the BK3, from what Ive seen in other threads, the cost would be close to a custom break cue.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I've had the BK2, Mezz , Tiger Impakt.. I now have the BK3. It's a great feeling and breaks the ballls well. Most important is the cue ball control. I don't know if it's worth the difference of $$ because the BK2 is a great cue too. BK3 doe's seem to be a little better in the feel department.

You can't go wrong with either ...IMO

1.BK3
2.BK2
3.Tiger
4.Mezz

I have an OB break cue, i like it. Recently i tried BK3 and it really caught my attention. IMO BK3 give you more control during break.

I have a Poison jump/break and the hit is very, very close to my friend's BK2. The main difference really is in the quality of the finish; the Poison's wrap tends to peel away after a lot of use, whereas the BK2 is built to last. If you're on a budget, though, or don't want to break the bank for a break cue, the Poison does its job well.

I haven't tried the BK3, but a the best break cue I've hit with (by far) is the OB break cue. I prefer it to any Predator or Mezz cue I've tried.

I thought poison was kinda of a lower market Predator Same company ?

My BK2 was a really good break cue, one day I broke and shattered the shaft to my surprise it was just as hollow as a regular Predator shaft.

Do not get me wrong BK2 is outstanding the price is still kinda high after all these years and with the BK3 out know.

That shaft just really turned me off from the product. But like I said they are still outstanding.
