Looking for unfinished shafts

I'm looking for a source for unfinished shafts. Cut to size 13mmish tapperd, ferrels installed and inserts installed 5/16 x 14, 5/16 x 18, 3/8 x 10 what this is for is Mr T's Billiard hall Greenville Sc . He has a Lathe to finish the shafts for customers but no interest in making shafts. If interested e-mail me and I'll give you the phone # Bill wjpjr27@msn.com

Seems you are looking for "finished" shafts. Unfinished have no ferrule, tip, or inserts. Just offer Tiger X, OB-1, and Predator shafts...all are available as you'd like.

How about this : Attn Cue Smiths looking for finished shafts unsanded unsealed no tips and no collars... hummm kinda sounds unfinished to me.....
