As the title says.... I was going to build one, but the more I looked at plans, etc. the more I realized I want one with a power feed. If anyone has one they want to part with, or know of any good deals, let me know. A 10/20 size would be fine, as my son wants to get into building guitars at some point, so it would have double usage. Thanks,
Dave

Someone has a Ryobi 16/32 on craigslist locally for $500, how good are they? Is that a good price? I don't really have the room for too large of a unit.

Dave, I have a performax 16-32 that I would sell. It would come several new wraps in various grits. I 'release' my parts with a different method now and hardly ever use it, but would probably miss it the next time I cut inlay slabs. Price $600 picked up at my shop in Russellville Arkansas.

I thank you Mark for your offer, but as I live in Mass. It'd be a loooong drive for the pickup. That and my day job boss wouldn't let me go for such a stretch of time right now.
Have a Merry Christmas.

Mark, would you consider shipping it?
Dave

If you ship it make sure to make a block to support the outside of the drum for shipment. I bought one on ebay 8-9 years ago. The seller made a great plywood crate but did not support the outside of the drum and the machine broke into 3 pieces during shipment. UPS did cover it though.

I would rather not sell the sander without you were able to see it and play with it. If something happened in transit or it did not not perform to suit you we would have a mess on our hands. Honestly I don't want to sell it very bad, I just would to free up the space. The offer stands if you want to come get it though. thanks Mark

sorry for the slow response, I am on vacation and have very limited computer access
