Loose stainless sleeve on my DP cue?

I have a DP cue I got off of Ebay. Basically my bar cue.
The stainless sleeve that slides over the joint came loose.
Can I just super glue this from say the bottom to not effect the joint facing?
I have not been able to find a good cue repair/cue maker in Las Vegas yet.
Any help would be apprecited.

you should use 5 min appox. and it will have to be faced

Thanks Jerry. Anyone know a cue repair/maker in Las Vegas.
This is my only cue and would rather not send it out unless absolutely necessary.

If you don't find a repair man there, Send it back to Dale. I would not recommend 5 minute epoxy, it does not offer structural strength. JMO
