Lots of APA Drama Lately

Kicking for the jewels warrants an a$$-kicking, regardless of what happened prior.
That's a chick move. I'd call him Madam for the rest of his life.
A "chick move?" Really? Honorable behavior is manlike; dishonorable behavior is womanlike?
Nope. To me, the nut kick is against guy code, whereas a woman is allowed because they should use every advantage they can get when up against a man. I can possibly excuse a guy doing that as a desperate last resort type of move but to make it your first move is a cowardly act.

Unwanted touching: You should have seen the guy at the I-5 rest stop. He thought he could just walk up and pet my dog. Beauty is Jackrussel and Boston Terrorist. She almost had a finger snack. I could have warned him but I didn't like the way he conducted himself. 🤷‍♂️

look at it from the guy that kicked.
he was said to be much smaller and found himself with a big guy grabbing him or thought that was what he might be doing. and mad already over the match. and possibly mad at the guy that beat him. we dont know that.
instinctively turned around and kicked. being small his kick would naturally go low in that direction.

the moral of this is keep your hands off other people you dont know. especially ones that signaled that they dont want to interact with you already.

big guy grabs little guy. little guy responds with a kick. some here think big guy should now knock out little guy for that.

Anyone ever get kicked in the balls after winning a match? I guess it's the replacement for shaking hands, among the younger generation (I'm about 35 years older than the guy). I tried to shake hands with him after the match, and put my hand on his shoulder when he wouldn't turn around to acknowledge my presence, and...Wham! Well, I'm happy to say it wasn't a direct hit, but I was 'almost' too surprised to respond. He was a tiny guy and I'm not, so the response was mild but firm. I didn't see any point in mentioning the event to the league office, as he will now be eternally known in our league as "nut-kicker", which is probably punishment enough.

In any case, I look forward to my next TAP match. Vastly different experience.

The young uns can't handle anything at all going against them.
Lose their temper in a hot seconds. Actually proud of it too.
Instead of being patient, modest and humble.
That's all gone out the window. Means nothing any more.

Yep. Definitely taught in martial arts
Inside leg kick is a valid technique. Even professionals sometimes kick each other in the nuts trying to execute it.

To some crotchety old pool player that isn't trained might think it was a cheap nut shot attempt but us trained guys know how lucky he is to walk away unscathed.

I like playing against hot heads like this. And I would never consider engaging him, touching him or trying to get him to shake hands. Or talking to him unless necessary. At least the poster did not get hit by a pool cue a ball or worse. Safe him, slow play him, block his pockets up, make him go on tilt. Finish the match and sit down. Be classy. Not only do you own him, he also can hurt the morale of his own team. I once asked a hot head if his shot was a good hit and he freaked out. It was a shark but I couldn't resist. My team was busting out laughing (discretely). I will treat anyone with respect but dicks are fair game. You see this in APA not because of the skill level but because they tend to be younger folks. In our BCA league we are mostly old men and everybody knows everybody. In one rack, even the worst players can get out against a good player.

I would also not involve the LO.

If someone starts a fight over that, they should be living in a cave not among other humans.
In the grand history of every fight that's ever happened since the start of civilization , those started by unwanted touching is pretty high on the list.

Smart people know this and don't go around putting hands on others.

While true, it's not like he walked up to him and gave him a Wet Willie. It is a coward that immediately resorts to violence. A simple... "Hey... don't put your Hans on me like that again".

If that doesn't work, then ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR!

Scott is not a big or intimidating guy. I don't know who the kicker was, but nobody would ever mistake Scott for a threatening person.
