Lots of Pics :: Shanghai Billiards Expo + ZEN Cues + Tournament

That lotus flower cue with silver dots looks cool. I saw it in the shop half-finished 6 months ago. Looks great and very different from what you typically find. Interesting to see that they've started to splice their cues. I knew they know how to do it, but buyers here typically aren't as particular about splicing. Would be interesting to see they start to add veneers.

John: nice to meet you too. I'll come visit when I'm in Xiamen. I need to learn how you shoot pool with CTE. The balls were going in like they had eyes.

Hey Peter,

Don't open that can of worms with John about CTE...he just got unbanned...:grin-square:

I spoke to Zen about Full Splice and Half Splice cues and like you mentioned the chinese market aren't crazy about them spliced cues, rather they're all about the crazy inlays and many many sharp points so he's pretty backed up with orders now on his fancy cues. He's gonna start on some splice work in a couple of months time, in the meantime recut works are all we're gonna see...

Have received queries from fellow Azers on which are ZEN Cues, my bad. I edited the post and added titles. Also included some contact info for Zen Cues.
