I'm hesitant on cork. Could you please detail some information on care of cork wraps including how to keep one clean and looking new. Love the look of your cues. Good luck in your sale.
 
Cork is way more durable than you might think. As far as fixing a damaged spot, once again, it is a fairly easy fix. Keeping it clean is one of the biggest questions I get. If you apply a small amount of vegetable oil to a towel, and wipe the wrap down, it lifts most dirt and stains right out. This also keeps the cork fresh, soft and helps repel moisture. Don't soak it with oil, or it will take a couple of days to dry.
 
If this helps, I was hesitant about a cork wrap as well, but I bought one anyway so I could try it. It definitely seems more durable than you think. It is not going to fall apart if thats what you are worried about.
